Run Once a Day


This is my journey to start running once a day. I decided to start blogging because i feel it is the best way to keep me on track. I love running but sometimes need reminders of why I love it so much.

I am not in this for the weight loss, i just want to be back to my most fit self, but weight is something concrete I can measure aside from my mile times.
